With Art Basel cancelling the Hong Kong International Art Fair, due to the fast-moving coronavirus, art lovers in the region have been dealt a blow. As the health epidemic sweeping the region, there is nothing more important than keeping everyone safe.

Art Fair Tokyo 2020 (19-22 Mar 2020)
ART FAIR TOKYO is the largest art fair in Japan and the oldest in Asia, featuring a wide range of art from antiques and crafts to nihonga painting, modern art and contemporary art.
The fair continues to evolve and expand as a platform for the art market, connecting past and present, Asia and the West, and presenting historically inspired artistic contexts.
Since 2019, the fair has also featured international contemporary art exhibitions with globally emerging artists and various partner events including tie-ups with art colleges all over Japan. Marking its fifteenth edition in 2020, it contributes to the development of the art scene in Japan across an extensive range of fields as an art market platform with a focus on galleries.
Anothermountainman x Stanley Wong: Time Will Tell – Hong Kong (10 Nov 2019 – 9 Mar 2020)
Until March 9th, the Hong Kong Heritage Museum will be hosting this unique exhibition from one of the countries most renowned artists.
Paying homage to his work in Hong Kong’s advertising and graphic design industries for the past four decades, with some of the most well known pieces, Wong turns Hong Kong’s quintessential ‘red white blue’ plastic carrier bags into a cultural and stylistic icon.
2219: Futures Imagined – Singapore (23 Nov – 5 Apr 2020)
For those who have not experienced it, Marina Bay Sands Art Science Museum is hosting a fantastic exhibition exploring how our world might change over the next 200 years.
Developed as part of the Singapore Bicentennial commemoration, it boasts works from Larry Achiampong (UK), Sarah Choo (Singapore), Shan Hur (Korea) and Rimini Protokoll (Germany).
The exhibition is filled with immersive and experiential works from over two-dozen artists, architects, filmmakers, writers and theatre companies from Singapore and around the world.
Control Chaos: 25 Years of PHUNK – Singapore (14 Feb – 20 Mar 2020)
PHUNK presents Control Chaos: 25 Years of PHUNK, a commemorative exhibition that marks the beginning of the collective’s 25th anniversary celebration. The exhibition documents their history, influences and philosophies through a mix of print and digital media, and will feature both new and archival work.
Used to describe their creative philosophy, the phrase Control Chaos is also the title of one of PHUNK’s seminal pieces that sparked the development and growth of their distinctive style and creative journey.
Le Secret Sacré – By Guillaume Levy-Lambert – Singapore (10 Jan – 15 Mar 2020)
The Art Porters Gallery presents Le Secret Sacré, Guillaume Levy-Lambert‘s most recent project chronicling divine providence, is an ode to reinvention and awe-inspiring revelation.
Guillaume Levy-Lambert is currently transitioning from the role of co-founder of Art Porters Gallery, from a banker, advertising executive and a gallerist, to now an artist.
